Villagers suffer disease; rancid floodwaters in North

The consequences of the devastating flashflooding is still being felt in Thailand’s north. I can well imagine the stench of the water, having experienced the floods in Chiang Mai last year. I suppose there are rotting bodies and livestock which are polluting the waters. Yuk…
